We had another great week here in room 13. Sir Thinks-A-Lot challenged us throughout the week with different puzzles with some fun rewards including popsicles, coloring outside, and paper airplane flying contest! We also had some other fun events this week such as learning to make balloon animals from Charley (Mrs. W's dad and our classroom volunteer), making Kool aid in writing, extra PE time, the high school graduation walk through at Crest, and our last Junior Achievement lesson.

I can't believe how fast the year has gone! Our first graders have grown so much this year and it has truly been a joy working with them and helping them grow! We only have a few short days left before our first graders officially become SECOND graders...I will cherish every moment! Keep reading for your first grade need to knows and make sure to check out our pictures from this week at the very bottom! As always, please contact me with any questions, and be sure to check out our class Facebook page for daily updates on what we've been up to in our classroom!
