Sights by Educasic

I know it's early August and you may not want to start thinking about back to school quite yet, BUT I wanted to let you know about a great app called Sights by Educasic that we will be using this year. It is a fantastic app that helps your first grader learn their sight words quickly and conveniently though your tablet or smartphone. When you download and register with our class by using the code: 9pqzw, our class sight words for the entire year are loaded and ready to go for you to start practicing with your first grader! The great part about this is that your child can progress through this at their own pace so they can practice as many or as few times as they need. Not to mention, this FREE app can go with you wherever you go. Your first grader can practice sight words anywhere...in line at the store, waiting at the doctor's office, or in the car! I will be using this app to keep track of sight words for each student, so you can track their progress at school, and I can track their progress at home...it's a win, win!

This app is completely FREE and is a great way to practice a very important reading skill with your child.
